This is an artistic representation of an ancient Toltec knowledge having to do with awareness and perception that not many people know about and even less are able to understand. The Assemblage Point (AP) is everything. The world that we perceive is possible only because of the precise position of the AP. Carlos Castaneda writes extensively about the AP in his book "The Fire From Within". The world we know disappears instantly and completely if the AP moves beyond a certain threshold, beyond its customary position near the top of the Luminous Egg that surrounds all living organisms.

George Perez is a concept artist and illustrator. While in college, he took art courses leading to a certificate in Commercial Art. Apart from that, he is a totally self-taught artist; basically he contemplates a subject and attempts to render it artistically. He can work in all art media. He prefers portraying animals and nature scenes and enjoys reproducing Classic Paintings--for instance, refer to his "The Master's Cat" collection right here in this webpage.
